Auto hide cursor caret bubble after timeout #256
Description
In Coaching Notes, I want to be able to hide the cursor caret name bubble after a timeout (5s?) so that it doesn't block any text the sits under it.
When hovering over the text cursor with a slight debouncing delay, I want the cursor caret name bubble to reappear until my mouse cursor move off of the cursor's location.
