Crash on Creative Controller Placement, may be Mixin related?

Describe the bug

I merely placed down a Creative Controller, and got a crash report after the world crashed.
Crash report mentions Mixins, so it may be a mod incompatibilty, but I dunno for sure.

How can we reproduce this bug or crash?

I simply placed down a Creative Controller. I dunno what ya gotta do however to get that state I was in.
