As desktop app? #221
Description
We'd like people to use Refinery, or they should be able to use the command-line... but some folks want a desktop app. This work would go in a new repo:
- First, investigate options for wrapping up code, dependencies, and python binary.
- and figure out deployment: github releases?
- then, add an interstitial UI for selecting files.
- In the first pass, the application still just launches into a web browser.
