@chakra-ui ENOENT: no such file or directory, read. FAILING TO COMPILE

Describe the bug
When trying to just build the reflex app I get a failed to compile error. It says this:

./node_modules/@chakra-ui/editable/dist/chunk-ZPXE4ZLM.mjs
Module build failed: Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, read

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

pip install reflex
reflex init
reflex run

Specifics (please complete the following information):

• Python Version: 3.10.0
• Reflex Version: 0.3.7
• OS: Sonoma 14.1.2
