Packer config for Hetzner Cloud

I need a Packer configuration to build an image on Hetzner Cloud.

The configuration should:

• Wipe the disk and partition it
• Download and install Nix
• Generate the hardware configuration
• Transfer the necessary Nix configuration from the repo to enable the build
