Format archive header

The header.archive-header and child h1 element are virtually unstyled, with the site-wide header font: League Gothic as the only styles applied.

Since all posts have an image background, I need to come up with a suitable background for the header and make it distinct from article titles.

This header is exactly the same on category.php

Maybe do this like a "sign" at the top of each page. I tried just a expanded top bar and that looks funny, so I think it might have to look like an overlay.

I don't know. Maybe that doesn't look that funny, but I think it could be better
