i18n: fix accounting jargon and pension terms across 12 languages

Fix "public ledger" translations that used accounting jargon:
- pt: "livro-razão" → "registro (\"ledger\") público"
- id: "buku besar" → "register publik"
- vi: "sổ cái" → "blockchain công khai"
- th: "บัญชีแยกประเภท" → "blockchain สาธารณะ"
- nl: "grootboek" → "register"
- ko: "원장" → "블록체인"
- ms: "lejar" → "rekod awam"

Fix "credit retirement" translated as pension/job retirement:
- pt: "aposentadoria" → "retirada"
- id: "pensiun" → "penarikan"
- vi: "hưu trí" → "thu hồi"
- tr: "emeklilik" → "geri çekim"
- nl: "pensionering" → "intrekking"
- ms: "persaraan" → "penarikan"
- sw: "kustaafu" → "uondoaji"

Fix zh: "信用额度" (credit limit) → "生态信用" (ecological credit)
Fix tr: "Ajantik" (made-up word) → "AI agent"

Make ru and uk colloquial: switch from formal "Вы/Ви" to casual
"ты/ти", simplify bureaucratic phrasing, use "блокчейн" instead
of "реестр" for public ledger.
