Summary

Subscription pricing is set to Seedling $2.50/mo, Grove $7/mo, Forest $15/mo. These should be tested and optimized based on real conversion data.

Tracking parameters

  • Conversion rate by tier (which tier do most users pick?)
  • Price sensitivity (do price changes affect conversion?)
  • Claude Pro anchor ($20/mo) — are our tiers positioned well relative to it?
  • Competitor pricing (if any emerge in the "regenerative compute" category)

Possible experiments

  • A/B test tier names and descriptions
  • Test a $1/mo "Sprout" entry tier for maximum adoption
  • Test annual pricing (e.g., $25/year for Seedling = 2 months free)
  • Test whether showing credits-per-dollar improves conversion

Current state

Pricing updated in code (routes.ts landing page), docs (ROADMAP, pitch decks, analysis), and Stripe Payment Links.

Not a launch blocker — these are post-launch optimization experiments.
