Local schema

To make it easier to access and validate schema we might consider adding a schema folder to our projects and then referencing them in our schema:

Our schema could be like:

# yaml-language-server: $schema=./schema/config_schema.yaml

Alternatively, we install it in an absolute path near the penguin script when installed.

I vaguely remember there being some issue with this, like it not working when using SSH remote editing in VSCode, but it's possible any issues are fixed now.
