Try U-FISH in filter

• After applying the Wiener deconvolution to deblurr our images, we could try use U-FISH instead of other filtering to boost the signal-to-noise (SNR) and emphasis spots.
• A U-net is just a series of convolutions followed by deconvolutions where the kernels are learnt through training.
