Feature Request: Support vietnamese characters

First of all, thank for your wonderful font. I feel like some old school vibe here.

And if you got time, can you support my language: Vietnamese?
You can see full characters in here https://vietnamesetypography.com/.
It is my understanding that Vietnamese characters are just extend of Latin characters.
