Current requirements are unnecessarily wide https://github.com/related-sciences/articat/blob/e8c3f8460ba79d78a2f6c6450bc4115ddd9334a9/requirements.txt
We could put the GCP requirements under an extras. Separately jupyterlab shouldn't be installed by default.
