@byk11 could you share the HTML/markdown you are using?
The screenshot, doesn't offer a lot of clarity on what you expect.
One thing I do see is you have invalid HTML <think>, custom elements in HTML must contain a dash. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Web_components/Using_custom_elements#name

To clarify, you are asking about the paragraphs in the HTML tag?
That is how markdown works, HTML can mix markdown inside. Paragraphs are being generated by the newlines.
