Allow selectively enable text/leaf/container directives

Problem

Currently, this plugin enables all three directives en masse.

It would be great if it provides an option that allows selectively choose which directives to enable.

In particular, I'd like to disable text directives support, because it prevent plain text like user@host:port from working. This seems to be too disruptive.

But I still would like to use leaf/container directives

That looks like code, not natural language, I’d recommended to use `user@host:port` instead. Additionally, do you have a concrete example that you actually found? Is this an email address with a port? 🤔

It can be discussed to tighten the grammar for text directives here!
But, it is intentional that everything is supported here, and not configurable.
Because the idea is that every tool supports as-close-as-possible, the same grammar: so that it works the same here as in other places, in syntax highlighting, in VS Code, on GH, etc!
