Learneth File Structure in the FE for code samples #6792

Describe the bug
In learneth, if you go to a chapter with a sample .sol file, it will appear in the editor and in the file explorer.
But the file is not put in a folder for the tutorial - just for the chapter. So if you go to multiple tutorials, the File Explorer becomes very messy.
