When right panel is not present, RemixAI does not start but gives a warning

Describe the bug
When the Right Panel is not present at loading - like for a first time user, a plugin cannot go in the right panel. A warning is thrown. I have not been able to replicate Remix loading without the right panel loading - but it did happen once.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load Remix and if the right panel loads- try another way so it won't load
2. Click on one of the buttons in the home tab to get the RemixAI panel loading
3. Error notification is thrown
