Update Repo for RR v7

I've been thinking this a couple of times already, so since we're discussing examples organisation here: I think it could also help if we would rename https://github.com/remix-run/examples to remix-examples and extract all examples from this repo to rr-examples/react-router-examples

If it makes sense to @brophdawg11 I'm happy for us to pull out the examples/ dir and put it in a react-router-examples repo.

For the Remix examples, we should probably archive that pretty soon. We can rename it to something like remix-2-examples or something, but I definitely don't want to call it remix-examples.

I don't have a strong preference for the examples - if we pulled them out of the main repo for Remix then it probably makes sense to do the same for RR (I don't recall the original reasoning). We could just "archive" the current ones into a remix-v2 branch here and replace them with the RR 7 examples. But pretty soon we'd run into the same issue with Remix v3 examples.

So yeah I think @brookslybrand is right we should archive this repo with a note that all examples are for Remix v2. Then if we want to extract (I'm not sure whether we want to or not - I'd want to go back and dig up the rationale for extracting the Remix ones and if we think the decision paid off in the end), we could pull out the React Router examples to a new react-router-examples repo. They would likely all need to be updated to v7 still too.
