failed to compile after installing react-router-dom-v5-compat

HI,
any idea how to fix this error that pops right after insalling react-router-dom-v5-compat
currently on typescript 3.7.3

(on a branch with ts v4 there was another issue of dependencies failure that happened after the installation)
