Add the searching feature

Hey there
I hope you are doing well
As a person who uses this library a lot it's frustrating to find my needs line by line instead of using a search box to show me the results in the whole document. It's so time and energy-wasting for developers to find their required items

Plus nowadays it's almost impossible to build a UI using React without react-router which means it's a necessary feature.
Even React itself or other frameworks use their searching tool or other famous tools like Algolia

As an open-source fan I will be happy to help you in this process
