npx create-react-router@latest --template remix-run/react-router/tutorials/address-book does NOT work

Hello,
I would like to follow the tutorial on https://reactrouter.com/tutorials/address-book but the above command does not work.
Does anyone know whether this is a temporary problem or I am doing something wrong?
upon entering the command it prints out:

create-react-router v7.0.2

Where should we create your new project?

I tried to enter what is written as a suggestion of the folder name and also just ".". It gave 403 error:

any ideas?

The problem is solved, without doing anything on my side. I think it was something related with network.
