Hi. Is it possible to have custom routes.ts file?

Custom in what sense? That file is for you to define your routes, as long as you export an array with the correct format what you do there is up to you

Like instead of app/routes.ts name it app/random.ts?

That's not possible, the file must be named routes.ts inside the app folder.

You can import other files from there but at least you need that file always.
