[Docs]: Migrate Remix guides to RR docs

Describe what's incorrect/missing in the documentation

The Remix docs have deep detail on HOW to work with the framework. Most of that content should be ported over. It's really inconvenient to keep referring back to those docs. And to a newb, it's probably a dealbreaker... if they even think to check that site.

For beginners, React Router docs still need to be improved. Including cooking and other tips and tricks

@mikestopcontinues would you mind linking specific docs you find yourself going back to?

I agree there's info that would definitely be beneficial to move over, but we don't just want to copy and paste.

There are also a number of docs issues already written up, so I just want to make sure we're not duplicating issues here

Hey @brookslybrand, it's tough to say because I'm now on the other side of my personal refresher. The major gap was in getting a deep dive on loaders/actions (and client varieties). I also went back for a refresher on routing terms, so that I could apply it in RR. Other pages in my history seem to be represented, and perhaps I only visited them because I was already there.
