[Docs]: Mode chips order feels inverted; suggest Declarative → Data → Framework

Describe what's incorrect/missing in the documentation

I noticed a small UX friction in the docs: the mode chips are ordered Framework → Data → Declarative, but the explanation below is Declarative → Data → Framework.

Reversing the chip order to Declarative → Data → Framework would improve the experience for two reasons:

1. Consistency – it would match the explanation order directly below.

2. Simple-to-complex flow – it follows a natural progression from the basics (Declarative) through intermediate (Data) to the most advanced (Framework), which reduces cognitive effort.
