If 'defer' and 'json' removed in future release of Remix, the how we set the response header?

Im have been working with remix for quite some times, and absolutely love it.
howevenr, I always wanna to try the latest feature in every single update available. One of the thing i notice in the doc about Single fetch (Single fetch) is that defer and json will be removed in favour of v3_singleFetch and we can just return a naked object. Alright.

my question is, how we set the response header if all we return is just a naked object.. consider this example:

Thanks a lot... i cannot find this in the doc..
i just read along this line
