tutorial fails on first step; new codespace

When I create a fresh github codespace, I get the following error on the first step of the tutorial:

I was able to fix it by running npm install fs-extra and then re-running the script, but I'm not sure if that will work for everyone or if I just got lucky. (I'm on Node 23.3.0, if that makes a difference)

I solved it by running
npm install create-remix
then
Initialized the project without adding the @latest like this:
npx create-remix

This works 🙌 for those using it with create-cloudflare the command is:

npm install create-remix
npx create-remix upholstery-materials --template https://github.com/remix-run/remix/tree/main/templates/cloudflare
