How do I pass pem cert to remix dev server to get HTTPS?

I am in need of local HTTPS to test a feature, but I am not sure how to do that with Remix Dev Server.

Remix App Server doesn't support any type of configuration. You will need to use the Express adapter. I've created a script to eject out of RAS to Express.
