Consider adding deployment instructions to examples

Examples are great! Love how easy it is to get up and running with Remix. Would be great if it was also just as easy to deploy - though I realize this is a higher degree of difficulty as there are many ways to deploy. Perhaps go the opinionated route - pick one you like (Netlify?) - and give the steps for that one and accept PRs for others?
