Pass loadContext to handleRequest

I don't know how to breath new life into this PR #2045, but it's going to become a lot more relevant when beforeLoader and beforeAction become a thing (remix-run/react-router#9564). It's even relevant now and I'm running patch-package on Remix for my site to get this capability 😅

Thank god I've searched for this topic before start a new discussion about it. I agree that is a good idea to look again to the feature introduced in #2045

Is there anything on the roadmap that makes this feature absolute/nonsense or should we try to introduce what that PR tried before?

This is now implemented by #5836 and will be available in the next minor release
