Deployment instructions in docs

Hey Remix!

Love what you've been building and the company I'm at is currently considering adopting Remix. The docs were extremely helpful for figuring out the capabilities and how to get started with Remix, but one part I thought was lacking was on deployment.

There is a page called deployment but it just says to use the create-remix script and trust the configuration

We're migrating over from react-router-v6 so we didn't go through the create-remix initialization. I think it'd be great if there was a wrap up paragraph to some of the migration guides on how to go from migrating -> deployment, and also to add some more color to the deployment page about how to one off deploy.
