Remix application server compression: security risk?

The remix application server uses the compression middleware for its express server for every request.

If I understand correctly, it is generally frowned upon to compress https responses. For example, these vulnerabilities were caused by https compression in the past:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BREACH

Is it safe to enable compression in the Remix application server by default?
