Remix with vanilla, CSS broken

any one encounter this problem ?
Remix with vanilla, all good in developer
but when I deploy it on server
lots of css, lots of are broken
and I find that this broken position is here:

import { style } from "@vanilla-extract/css";

export const video_ad_box = style({
	width: '85%',
	height: '85%',
	position: 'absolute',

	'& a': {
		width: '100%',
		height: '100%',
		position: 'absolute',
	}
})

the code below'& a':{...}will broken
but in developer mode it works very well,
also
it only broken in mobile device (both android and iPhone )
in PC even in PC mobile mode, all good

Anyone else encounter this ?
