Upgrade execa to v8.0.1+

I would love to have a standard version of execa used across my packages, and to use the esm imports introduced in v6.

There doesn't seem to be any breaking changes with execa@8 since v5 relating to the remix usage outside of tests that I am happy to rewrite.
