It's very common that we need to do something (like updating state) after calling load (GET request) or submit (POST request). What's the best practice except useEffect(() => {}, [fetcher.data]);? I don't really like useEffect, it always gets called incorrectly / repeatedly.
I hope there is something like a callback could exec after the loader/action finished.
