Trying to get localhost https / TLS working

I'm using Indie Stack and have followed the instructions from https://github.com/liuweiGL/vite-plugin-mkcert but when I startup I still just get:

🔶 Mock server running
[remix-serve] http://localhost:3000 (http://10.1.10.243:3000)

No https .. I feel like this is something about remix-serve vs vite but I don't have a good feel for how this all works together. Here is my vite config:
