Docs: GetplatformProxy options update

I was trying to setup remix and cloudflare in mono repo and i need the underlying GetplatformProxy function options to be passed i thought it's not possible and i have to augment the context. But turns out, the but vite cloudflare plugin accepts the options and passes to GetplatformProxy and which I can now use in mono repo. Can someone update the remix docs and mention it can accept the GetplatformProxy options through its vite plugin
