Conflict when using WebAPI AND WCF Selfhost

I have a conflict using WebAPI and WCF Ninject SelfHost that I described on stackoverflow:

Not sure if this is a configuration problem on my side or if this a bug in the library.

Please use NinjectSelfHostBootstrapper to start your WCF service and WebApi. Don't use new NinjectWebApiSelfHost(config).Start();
