New Chrome binaries do not support PDF export

Known issue: From 4.0.418, exporting a still as a PDF is broken on Linux on the SSR APIs.

• Using browserMode: "chrome-for-testing" is not affected.
• Non-Linux OS are not affected.
• Versions below 4.0.418 are not affected
• Lambda is not affected

Sorry if this affected anyone. We are now building our own Chrome which takes days, but the benefit is that H.264 decoding is supported which is very important for @remotion/media support.

Workarounds are above.
The next build we're gonna make is going to include PDF support again!
