Feature request/idea: [lang_code] tags

What about the ability to have inline [lang_code] markup, so that, e.g.:

Madame Bovary by [lang_code="f"]Gustave Flaubert[/lang_code]

gets automatically converted to something like:

Madame Bovary by [Gustave](/ɡystˈav/) [Flaubert](/flobˈɛʁ/)
