Clean up before the 2025.01 release (neo4j#2075)

- Dependent on the PR neo4j#2053
- Remove unnecessary images as the corresponding section has been
deleted.
- Add info about the new page on deprecations and removals.
- Remove leftovers of the discovery service v2.
