Orphaned images during rename #107

Description

@ckelsoe

Describe the bug
When doing a batch rename on a file, some of the images are renamed in the Markdown document but not in the attachments folder. The physical attachment or image file is never renamed. Once this occurs, there's no way to easily reconstruct the document with the accurate image as there's no link between the original image name and what the image name changes to in the Markdown document.

To Reproduce

all images to be renamed accurately and accurate linking back to the markdown document so images are not orphaned.

Workflow

  1. Used Docxer to convert Word docx to Markdown. Observed all images are linked correctly using a mix of attachment #.png and A screenshot of a computer AI-generated content may be incorrect #.png (where # is sequential numbers).
  2. Use Paste image rename to rename the images in bulk (Paste image rename: Batch rename all images instantly (in the current file)
