Email connection give error when signing txs

When trying to sign a transaction with a connected email with Solana i get this error.
Anyone know why? thanks

fixed using sendRawTransaction:

tx.add(purchaseTx)
tx.feePayer = walletProvider.publicKey
tx.recentBlockhash = (await connection.getLatestBlockhash('confirmed')).blockhash
// Send the transaction and get the signature
const signedTx = await walletProvider.signTransaction(tx);
const signature = await connection.sendRawTransaction(signedTx.serialize(), {
    skipPreflight: false,
    preflightCommitment: 'confirmed',
});
await provider.connection.confirmTransaction(signature, 'confirmed');

this issue happened when using signAndSendTransaction rather than sendRawTransaction:

// Send the transaction and get the signature
const signedTx = await walletProvider.signAndSendTransaction(tx);
await provider.connection.confirmTransaction(signature, 'confirmed');
