[bug] customWallets option does not have any effect #5062

Steps to Reproduce
- Define custom network
- Add custom wallet to customWallets
- Nothing is shown, wallets list is empty.
Summary
Related issue that got closed unresolved: #3911
customWallets does not seem to do anything, no matter if the ids are also specified in includeWalletIds, or featuredWalletIds, or wether allWallets is enabled or disabled.
Note I am using a custom network.
