upgrade to gltf-transform 4 new API

Hey and thanks for supplying these extensions.

Recently I upgraded gltf-transform from version 3 to 4.
According to their changelog, they broke their API between these versions.

Now, trying to register the extensions from this library fail with an exception.

Any chance you'd be updating this lib to support their new API?
