Dark mode

There are different things we can do for dark mode. Here's my point of view:

• Making the devtools dark makes it feel more developer-oriented, which is good.
• Keeping the Viewer light makes it feel more like Google Docs, which is good.
• Having the views be different is good.
• Some people (like me) get literal headaches with dark mode, so it should be a setting.
• Reclaim's designer said it'd be nice to have the page toggle at night like other apps.
