Oh, sorry
But now it's too late. This happened after I initialized the master password, and after that ran cotp list
After importing my data from my TOTP app, the list command doesn't crash anymore 🤷

I was able to reproduce the issue on arch on 1.9.1. When you don't have any codes in the system, it seems to be unable to read an empty file or something of that sort.

backtrace doesn't seem very helpful without source code :(

It's not a critical bug as it works fine when you add a code. Perhaps it would be nice to just print a "No codes in the system"

I'm getting the same crash under Debian 13.8 with cotp 1.9.2 from the system package with the only difference in the reported location, which is /usr/src/rustc-1.85.0/library/alloc/src/slice.rs:568 for me. IMO this should be reopened, unless it's known to be fixed in a later version.
