SARG on RHEL

Hello,

I want to use SARG on REDHAT but i find this only in DEBIAN. 
I didnt found repo who include SARG for redhat.
I found tutorials for manuals install but redhat think dont like "perld" ;)
Anyone knox how to use SARG inside redhat please?
