Allow step renaming from either the feature or the steps file #59
Description
In visual studio we can easily rename steps from both the feature and the steps file. Although, renaming it in the feature file causes the steps file to be opened and see the same dialog as when renaming it from the step file directly. But our team has almost entirely switched over to Rider. But now we sometimes have a lot of work if we want to rename a certain step. In my opinion it would be an improvement if it could handle steps with arguments better. But even just renaming would be a big time saver.
