Improvements:

• Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection.ReqnrollPlugin: Improved message when [ScenarioDependencies] can't be found or has an incorrect return type (Improved message when [ScenarioDependencies] can't be found or has an incorrect return type (Reqnroll.Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection) #494)
• Include original exception for binding errors (BindingException) (Include original exception in when throwing a BindingException #513)
• Map data table columns to constructor parameters without having a related property for data table "assist" helpers (e.g. CreateInstance). To use this feature you need to set the InstanceCreationOptions.RequireTableToProvideAllConstructorParameters flag. (Ideas/457 map table directly to constructor for stepargumenttransformers #488)

Bug fixes:

• Fix: Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection.ReqnrollPlugin, the plugin was only searching for [ScenarioDependencies] in assemblies with step definitions ([ScenarioDependencies] in a project without StepBindings gives 'No method marked with [ScenarioDependencies] attribute found' (Reqnroll.Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection) #477)
• Fix: xUnit Conservative Mode is not supported together with xUnit v2 (xUnit Conservative Mode is not supported together with xUnit v2 #473)
• Fix: Messages logged through IReqnrollOutputHelper are added to the output with a -> prefix that should be reserved for output messages of Reqnroll itself (Change ReqnrollOutputHelper to use test output #504)
