Possible Solution (Not obligatory)

Look in install locations for Firefox. There are a few, this can be in the users folders local level, or be system wide.
I think most likely the logic that you use to locate Firefox browsers could be better, as looking for firefox profile folders and files to locate firefox and its executable location would be much more complete, as the profile folders are almost always in the same locations in windows.

Context

<--- How has this issue affected you? What are you trying to accomplish? -->
It is unusable for me.
<--- Did you make any changes to the boilerplate after cloning it? -->
No.

Your Environment

My firefox install location is: "C:\Program Files\Firefox Developer Edition"
(with this being a dev tool, I thought you would expect people to be using other dev tools such as Firefox Dev Edition).
