Gitlab bot is broken due to invalid certificate

Hi,

For the past couple of days we're unable to send any messages, with the following error:

> SSL_connect returned=1 errno=0 state=error: certificate verify failed (certificate has expired)

Side note, it seems like the static assets on the integram.org site (st.integram.org) are also affected by this..
